Idea Builders Initiative
This panel discussions are designed to better facilitate
dialogue in the community and connect people who
otherwise may not cross paths in the Art Enterprise Sector.
The series also offers insight and information on
institutions, systems, laws, tools, etc. -how they affect and
impact women and community as a whole.

Since its inception, the various panel discussions, debates
and roundtables have drawn together trailblazers from all
backgrounds and touching on a wide-range of topics.

The core objective is to inspire a new generation of
change-actors, able to analyze their own lives, make their
own decisions and replicate positive outcomes by building
awareness, skills, knowledge, confidence and sharing their
experiences through 'Pay Forward' initiatives.

Through new knowledge gained from participation, young
women will rediscover themselves with improved notions of
self-worth, bodily integrity. It is also hoped that overtime,
women will control and influence private, household and
public resources.
What art expression does for women is simply fun. It
comprises a group of innovative, inspiring and
compassionate women who mix their skill and talent with
entrepreneurial principles to earn a livelihood.

These traditional and culturally sensitive expressions are
refined, combined and shared with the rest of the world and
causes that inspire them.

Art also raises awareness of social ills, best practices, idealist
aspirations, dreams, educational outreach. Art also serves as
a social balm that complements change in practices that
negatively impact girls and women in general.

It creates a platform to initialize social solutions and
complement the healing process for people that have
suffered under unjust legislations, anti-women policies
unwritten moral codes that are promoted to subjugate
women and directly abuse fundamental human rights of all
people.
