We believe that women represent the hope of Nigeria –for freedom and democracy, prosperity, for stability, security and peace. This mentoring partnership forms part of our women leadership programme -a strategy to connect and introduce young women to the culture of work places and professional communities, assisting women to establish both formal and informal networks which in turn, facilitate their path to leadership positions in the future. Our Mentors are women that believe that success is possible, and they work –often at great personal sacrifice –to bring about positive change. We all know that progress is hindered unimaginably when half the population is left behind; so we have all committed to take action and do something on our different platforms and through this partnership to initiate the changes that we seek in Nigeria. |
