| ‘Tomorrow’s Woman’ is a unique project comprising hands-on workshops, SME training, inspiration and support for women farmpreneurs thinking of or starting up their own business. Covering rural and urban poor communities in Nigeria, Tomorrow’s Woman program aims to help women in small-scale farming to progress into agro-business, gain confidence and skills they need to start up their own business. • Introductory workshop on confidence and self re-discovery • Inspired! –Intensive one day workshop for women Farmpreneurs who are keen to get going! • Value added Processing– 3-5 days Hands-on/specialist workshops/events • One to one advisory support from experienced project officers/partners • Information on other organisations that can provide further training and business planning support • An opportunity to showcase & trade at supported events. ‘Tomorrow’s Woman’ has been created for women entrepreneurs as part of a collaborative effort with National Root Crops Research Institute, Umudike. |
