Be Prepared for Anything: What Every Woman Needs to Know!

Starting in 2008, Idea Builders Initiative took its annual Women symposium, a daylong conference national. Each year 600+ outstanding women and girls are given the tools to discover themselves and initiate social ideas to change their lives and their immediate community. The symposium demonstrates through a variety of issue dialogues and panel sessions what social change is and sharing leadership stories of outstanding Changemakers.

Now in its 4th Edition, the Women’s Symposium is a National gathering of women leaders and decision makers, and mentors -it's an event geared towards introducing women to the latest empowerment ideas and strategies that allow them to take charge of their lives, their health, their outlook and important relationships.

We want women to walk away with a learning experience for empowerment. The event provides attendees with the chance for up close and personal interactions with leading women and experts on business, government,human right, media, food, fashion, as well as leading social entrepreneurs. We're thrilled to be hosting this event this year at Terra Kulture in Victoria Island on the 10th of November 2011 by 9am

The one-day Symposium will feature over 100 Mentors & Mentees, 15 Panel discussants,5 Moderators and the aftermath(still felt) will be shared with satellite participants on the 19th of November during Nine-city Mentoring Walk concluding the agenda for the Women Mentoring Women™ Partnership Programme.
